Terms Conditions of Purchase
Any person who buys Goods from us. The Goods and services offered by this website are only available to persons aged 16 or over.
The products sold by us to you including packaging, manuals and any other ancillary components or documentation.
Means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by us.
These terms and conditions apply only to products ordered and paid for through this website.

All prices are in Australian Dollars.
All our prices are inclusive of GST and exclude the price of delivery unless otherwise stated.
Goods can be paid for by credit/debit card, bank transfer, money order or PayPal (using a secure checkout – Paypal account not required).
Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process. All items are shipped using our courier with a tracking number.
Goods are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.
In the event of Goods being unavailable for dispatch within 7 days you will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative and given the option to cancel your order without penalty.
Goods supplied within Australia will usually be delivered within 3-5 workings days of payment, however may take up to 7 days for some larger products that require specialist courier delivery and depending on our location.
Please note you should examine your Goods at point of delivery. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork 'accepted package damaged' or if you choose, refuse the delivery.
Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
Please check fitment details of products carefully before ordering using the fitment chart of our website. If you have any queries about products please contact us before placing an order.
Should you wish to cancel your order at any time you must contact us in writing (letter, email or fax), quoting your name, item code and order number within 7 days of delivery of the Goods.
You must contact us in writing (letter, email or fax),quoting your name, item code and order number from your invoice within 7 days of delivery of any goods to be returned, shortages, or if you wish to report any damaged or faulty goods.
Once we have your contact details, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to help resolve the issue and in the case of Goods to be returned, give you an authorisation number.
Goods sent back to Bikecraft without a returns authorisation reference will not be accepted.
All Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all other associated components and documentation. All returns must be received within 10 business days from the date the returns authorisation reference was issued.
Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition. The cost of returning the Goods and insuring them against loss or damage will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection is arranged by Bikecraft.
Alternatively Goods can be sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost.
All returned Goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise advised.
Your refund will be made within 14 days of return of the Goods.

These conditions are in accordance with the Australian Guidelines for Electronic Commerce 2006.
Bikecraft guarantees all Goods (excluding electrical items) for 1 year from the date of receipt against defective parts, materials and manufacture (Please see returns policy).
A suitably qualified person must carry out installation of Goods to applicable standards where relevant otherwise this guarantee will be void.
If Goods have become damaged as a result of misuse this warranty is void. After 7 working days from the date of delivery, Goods returned will be repaired or replaced dependant upon the nature of the fault.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Damaged or faulty Goods will be replaced or refunded. You must notify Bikecraft within 7 days of receipt (see Returns policy).
Bikecraft are in no way responsible for any cost incurred due to faulty Goods or shortages such as repair fees, time taken from place of employment etc.

The Consumer recognises that any alterations to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury and may also be illegal for use on public roads in certain countries and states. Any modifications to motorcycles are the sole responsibility of the Consumer.
